The function of this TIE ROD is to join the front wheels and to allow the movement of the vehicle that the driver is making whit the steering wheel with a turn in the handlebars through the hydraulic box.

This brace is integrated with a central tube and two steering tie rod ends (left and right), both adjustable. The adjustment of this both ends it's what allows us to achieve an alignment in the unit.

The steering straps can be straight or with a downward (Drop)). We have a vast catalogue of TIE ROD's with different capacities depending on our clients' front axle requirements.

DRAG LINK

The function of the drag link is to allow the transmission of the movement from the Pitman arm to the curved arm of the axis while the link joins the steering box with the axis. This steering arm-type of product at its ends has two steering components that can be presented in three modes (fixed bar, adjustable at one end or adjustable at both ends).

This type of mechanism can be from the simplest or straightest geometry to the most complex form of multiple folds and different lengths.

The development and design of the USK arms are supported by finite element analysis software and 3D's. These parts also undergo extreme compression load tests (buckling load) and wear tests before being released for production.

TIE ROD END

The Tie Rod end is the main component of a Tie rod that consists of a box or case, which contains the assembly components such as Spherical Bolt, seats, spring, spring holder and dust guard.USK offers the most resistant and high-performance steering components in the market due to its full-dial design and Full metal seats that have more load distribution by having a bigger contact area between the rod and the Metal seats. The spheres and the inside of the boxes are precisely produced and heat treated and exposed to the strictest tests of resistance to wear and fatigue, surpassing by far the strictest specifications of the automotive industry. The USK brand Tie Rod Ends that are installed on the steering bars do not require any adjustment, because when they are in use the sphere is centered in their seats achieving optimal accuracy with minimal uniform wear. USK is the only Mexican brand that exports tie rod ends and Drag Links for original equipment to the United States.
